  • Responsible for hitting sales targets assigned to the territory.
  • Direct regional team(s) sales activity within the territory.
  • Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Distribution and Storz Certified Partners (SCPs), in
    person meetings, become their consultant.
  • Negotiate opportunities for a successful close.
  • Submits orders following company pricing policies and procedures.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity into the CRM, such as daily call reports,
    weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new
    products, etc.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making
    recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending industry conferences; reviewing
    professional publications; establishing personal networks
  • Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their business. New
    leads may be generated through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer
    referrals.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by
    providing information and support.
  • Communicate with all internal departments to ensure extreme customer support.
  • Provide feedback to marketing, operations for ideas on improving processes.
  • Provide forecasting on a regular basis; work with Distribution partners and SCPs to forecast
    upcoming business; using probability metrics.
  • Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.

  • Cultivate solid relationships with customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made potential and existing
    customers.
  • Assists newly recruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical
    questions posed by customers.
  • Conducts research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into
    customer preferences and interests.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or
    related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management
    (CRM) software.
